Terms of service
These terms apply when you book a detail with ZR Mobile Detailing LLC ("ZR", "we"), whether online, by phone, text, WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
Booking
- The online booking form drafts a request. Your appointment is only booked once ZR confirms it by text. Until then the time isn't held.
- Prices on the website are starting prices for a vehicle in normal condition. Heavy pet hair, sand, mold, stains or extra-large vehicles can cost more. We tell you the final price before we start, and you can say no.
- Paint correction and ceramic coating are quoted after we see the vehicle.
Cancelling and rescheduling
- Free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- With less than 24 hours' notice, or if no one is there and we can't reach the vehicle, a trip fee may apply.
- If weather stops the job, we'll move it at no charge.
Travel
No travel fee within about 20 miles of Kissimmee. Farther away, a travel fee may apply; we tell you before you book.
On the day
- Please make sure we're allowed to work where the vehicle is parked (apartment, condo, HOA or office rules).
- Remove valuables and personal items. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Tell us before we start about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, or electrical, mechanical or paint problems.
What a detail can and can't do
Detailing cleans and protects. It can't fix deep scratches through the clear coat, dents, rock chips, torn or worn upholstery, permanent stains, or sun damage that has already cracked or faded surfaces. Results depend on your vehicle's condition, and we'll be honest about what to expect.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done. We accept the methods listed in our FAQ.
Our guarantee
We walk around the vehicle with you before we leave. If something we did isn't right, tell us then (or within 24 hours) and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.
Damage
ZR is licensed and insured. If you believe we damaged your vehicle, tell us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right. We're not responsible for existing damage, or for failures of parts that were already worn, loose or faulty.
