Privacy policy
This page explains what information ZR Mobile Detailing LLC ("ZR", "we") collects through zrmobiledetailing.com and how we use it. In short: we only use your details to book and do your detail, and we never sell them.
What we collect
- What you send us. The online booking form doesn't save anything on our website. When you press "Send by text", "WhatsApp" or "Email", your own phone or email app opens with your request (name, phone, service address, vehicle, notes, chosen service and time). We only receive it if you press send in that app.
- Calls, texts, WhatsApp and email. When you contact us, we keep your messages and contact details to schedule and carry out the job, and for our records.
- Photos. We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle. We never show your face, license plate or home address without your OK. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't post your car at all.
Website basics
We don't use advertising trackers or sell data. Our website host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps and the fonts by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when they load. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To confirm, schedule, reschedule and do your detail.
- To send you your price, reminders and receipts.
- To answer your questions and follow up on our work.
We share your details only with the payment provider you choose to pay with (such as Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay or a card reader), or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop texting you, at any time. Text or call (951) 907-0723 or email zrmobiledetailingllc@gmail.com.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
